Outdoor Salsa Social!

The Taino Production family, City of New London, and New London Cultural District are excited to present a series of free outdoor Salsa dance socials on Parade Plaza in downtown New London.  The goal is to create an inclusive and lively atmosphere, fostering a sense of community while celebrating the rich cultural heritage of Salsa dancing and music.

The Friday night events will feature recognition to all the Latin/Hispanic Countries,  professional Salsa lessons led by experienced instructors, DJ performances by local, talented artists from across Connecticut, and live Salsa bands for an authentic and vibrant experience.  Come dance and enjoy the full Salsa experience in downtown New London!  The full schedule for Friday includes:

7:00PM – 7:30PM ~ DJ, open dance
7:30PM – 8:00PM ~ Salsa lessons
8:00PM – 8:20PM ~ DJ, open dance
8:20PM – 8:30PM ~ Salsa Band Sound Check
8:30PM – 10:30PM ~ Live Salsa Band
